Level 01 comprises of a foyer, office meeting rooms and 46 parking spaces. Level 02 meeting rooms and office common parts, 3 offices (Class 4A) with 296 sq.m, 320 sq.m and 491 sq.m respectively, private offices/meeting rooms/board rooms and ancillary activities. The roof level (level 3) is an area for services.
