| Infringement Summary in English: | Unauthorized activities in a Special Area of Conservation, which include destruction of the natural habitat by the removal of natural vegetation, excavation, breaking and alteration of the natural rock and landscape profile, ploughing, disruption and changing of soil composition, deposition of construction aggregate, the removal of rubble walls and the construction of a structure. Such activity is considered as impacting negatively on the biodiversity of the protected area and is in breach of Regulation 18 of the Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection Regulations (L.S.549.44). |
