Any landowner that feels aggrieved by the protection of newly protected areas, extension of existing ones or Conservation Orders may request the Authority to reconsider such protection on his/ her land within 30 days of notification, in accordance with Article 69(6) of the Environment Protection Act (Cap. 549). The decisions on the requests for reconsideration received by the Environment & Resources Authority are listed hereunder.
