Planning Applications : PA/5788/09: Sanctioning of construction of entrance foyer, entrance gate, extension to bottling plant and winery. Sanctioning of passageways, picnic and family recreational areas, formation of additional parking and use of area for fairs and exhibitions. Sanctioning over change of use from approved activities over PA1416/06 including store underneath bottling plant into multipurpose/entertainment hall, part of wine bottling plant into Class 4D restaurant, formalization of unused space in foundations into a beer production area. Proposed extension to winery, and additional change of use over areas already covered by PA1416/06 including; Bottling plant area – finished goods store into multipurpose halls including use as Class 4B for seasonal agricultural produce. Winery area – wine storage area into multipurpose halls, audio visual hall and amenity spaces into multipurpose hall for conference and receptions and additional Class 4D restaurants, wine tasting areas into multipurpose halls and Class 4D restaurant outdoor area – use for events including but not limited to weddings, fairs, conventions and children fun park.

Planning Applications : PA/2211/10: Sanctioning of family park which includes zoo operations including animal enclosures, clinic/offices and Class 4C and 4D ancillary facilities. Grazing park which includes animal enclosures, padlocks and animal milking structures. 2 International roofed/enclosed equestrian arenas which include spectators stands, club houses, horse event preparation areas and museum. Sanctioning of soft and hard landscaping including re-construction/ building of boundary walls, foot paths and gates.
